Classical Pilates Immersion
We are delighted to welcome Lori Coleman-Brown to Simply Pilates London this September for an Immersion weekend.
With over 30 years of experience, Lori is recognised for her depth of knowledge and commitment to the original teachings of Joseph Pilates. Her work offers a level of clarity and precision that continues to shape and elevate the practice of teachers worldwide.
This immersion is designed for teachers and serious practitioners who want to deepen their understanding of the method as a complete system. Through focused, small-group sessions, participants will refine their technical execution, develop a more discerning eye, and gain practical tools to support both their own practice and their teaching.
