What is Open Gym?
Discover Pilates in its original form with Open Gym at Simply Pilates London.
Inspired by Joseph Pilates’ teaching, these small-group sessions let you work through a personalised program at your own pace, with an instructor on hand for guidance and progression.
Begin with our Open Gym Intro Pack to learn the foundations and get comfortable with the equipment — then join any session on our weekly schedule for a truly individual Pilates experience.

Subscription Terms

You must ensure you always have an active card stored on your online account

Once each auto payment is made you will be given a monthly allocation of sessions

You can use up your monthly allocation of sessions however you wish in that period

You can roll over one session per month for the 1x week membership and 2x sessions per month for the twice and three times per week membership

You are welcome to share any unused sessions with your partner, family or friends

Please give 14 days notice if you wish to cancel your subscription

You can freeze your subscription up to two times per year

All sessions have a 24 hour cancellation policy

We do not offer refunds. However, credit can be arranged to be used for other services
