Private Classes

• Subscriptions Active Payment Method.  You must maintain an active debit or credit card on your online account at all times to ensure uninterrupted service.

• Minimum Commitment.  All subscriptions require a minimum commitment of three (3) months.  Cancellations are not permitted within this initial period.

• Monthly Sessions Allocation.  Upon successful processing of each monthly automatic payment,  you will receive your allocated number of sessions for that month.

• Use of Sessions.  Sessions may be used at any time during the relevant month.

• Rollover of Unused Sessions.  Any unused sessions will rollover to the following month.  Rolled-over sessions must be used within that month and will expire thereafter if unused.

• Sharing Sessions.  Unused sessions may be shared with your partner, family members or friends.

• Cancellation Notice.   A minimum of 30 written notice is required to cancel your subscription.

• Notice must be given after the initial three-month commitment has been completed.

• Freezing Subscriptions.  Subscriptions may be frozen under the following circumstances.

• Medical Freeze.  For the duration specified on a valid medical certificate.

• Holiday Freeze.  Minimum of 2 weeks and a maximum of 4 weeks.

• A maximum of two (2) freezes per calendar year is permitted.

Cancellations and Refunds

• (Applicable to Subscriptions and Packages)

• Cancellations Policy:  All sessions are subject to a 24-hour cancellation policy.

• Sessions cancelled with less than 24 hours may be  forfeited.

• Refunds.  No refunds will be issued for unused sessions.
