like the first blog I am writing on my new site today
While it is not easy, the more you commit and practice, the better it gets.

Welcome to my new website Simply Pilates London, and my first blog, I am so excited you are here.

All you need is a mat and internet connection, join from the comfort of your home.
MAT CLASS INTRO PACK
(3 classes £30)
A great way to get started.
Introductory Package can only be used once
BEGINNER/INTERMEDIATE MAT
Monday 10am
Wednesday 6pm
Some experience of classical mat preferable to progress to the next level.
ADVANCED MAT
Saturday
10am
Suitable for teachers and advanced practitioners.
For the best results join online mat classes in addition to private sessions.
